Opening in 1976, Alba Speed and Custom was born, in a very small location we were the cities first true speed shop. We sold everything from wheels and tires, carburetors, to full out engine parts. As the times changed, so did we.

Progressing into full service centers, we serviced patrons of the city with quality service at a great price. Having great success in this, there was a need to have at one point, five service centers. Again, as times changed, so did we.

We moved into distributing quality aftermarket panels to collision centers, and other parts stores all across Eastern Ontario. In doing this, we realized our customers yearned for a truly dedicated paint and material supplier, whose dedication was in paint and body shop supplies, not primarily brakes and wheel bearings. We quickly outgrew our warehouse and had to move to a much larger, more efficient location.

This move has brought us to present time, with "Big American" companies being our competition, we see now more than ever the need to give our customers a truly local, personalized service. We are all anxious to see what the future brings.
